Seasons by Chef Jack has arrived! Seasons focuses on seasonal and sustainable eating, with all produce sourced from Market traders. Their mouth watering dishes will be created from drawing inspiration from our book, Adelaide Central Market: Stories, People & Recipes.

Coconut milk porridge

Lunch:
Not quite leek & Gruyerve cheese tart with salsa verde
Buttermilk fried chicken with nam jim, fried peanuts and pear slaw
Roasted grape, goat’s curd, pancetta & hazelnut open toastie
