Dough has been supplying Market shoppers with fresh baked goods for over 10 years.
Our main aim is on providing a wide and variable range of fine patisserie products and healthy, hearty breads woth flavour and style.
We endeavour to fresh bake on site wherever possible.
Recently we have constructed a purpose built kitchen adjacent to the Market where much of our pastry products are developed and produced.
