Too Good to Waste is a joint partnership between OzHarvest and the Adelaide Central Market to raise awareness about sustainable food practises in the household and in particular food waste avoidance. This includes teaching Australians to shop with the seasons, making the most of your produce, storage solutions to increase the longevity of food, simple recipes, leftover tips and preserving methods.
On the second Friday night of each month beginning in April 2013 this campaign will feature high profile Adelaide chefs and cooks and along with seasonal produce. You can collect recipe cards each month and learn new skills from our team which keep your produce lasting longer! Follow the campaign:
