TASTING AUSTRALIA – ASSOCIATED EVENTS PROGRAM

Fine Food Forage
$25 per person

Discover some of the best produce the Market has to offer.  This self guided forage includes a map, tote bag and tea towel and takes you on a journey through the Market to collect local, artisan and unique Market products.  With over $75 value, the inaugural Fine Food Forage is a real treat for the senses. Here’s how to get involved:

1. Pre-register for your preferred day here or sign up on the day

2. Collect your Market tote bag, tea towel and map on arrival at the Market

3. Follow the map to the stops and collect your Market best produce:

  • Duck or Pork Rillette  – Charcuterie Traiteur
  • Local cheese – Say Cheese
  • local tapas selection – San Jose Smallgoods
  • Artisan loaf – Wild Loaf
  • SA Porcini salt – Mushroom Man
  • Clare Valley Olive Oil – The Olive Tree
    (note; produce may be substituted without notice)

The Forage is available between 9am and 4pm daily on Tues 29 April, Thurs 1, Fri 2 and Sat 3 May. Tickets are limited so bookings are suggested so as to not disappoint. Group bookings welcome.

Join us at Adelaide Central Market for a celebration of local seasonal produce and the abundance of autumn. We’ll be cooking up giant paella with Georgie from El Choto, starring local produce from your beloved Market traders ….think Boston Bay mussels, SA squid, Spencer Gulf King prawns and Marino Meat’s chorizo. Alongside the spanish flavours will be 8 local winemakers tasting their wines for your pleasure. Plus a piñata and Spanish flamenco music and dancing.   Hola!
