On 3 Friday evenings in March from 6pm to 8pm, new Head Chef from the Hilton Hotel, Dennis Leslie and his team will be cooking up a storm to the music of our guest musicians.
Friday March 12th - Jazz Musicians and wine tastings by Bird In Hand Wines, compared by Jane Reilly
Friday March 19th - Adelaide's own violinist, Nicky Vassilakis accompanied by Alain on acoustic guitar, wine tastings by Tomich Wines and compared by Michael Keelan.
Friday March 26th - Latino with wine tastings from Lobethal Road and compared by Rosa Matto.

Fresh from the Land - Nathan Johnson
Nathan Johnson has been with the Hilton Adelaide for 8 years and has moved around their kitchens working his way from a Commis Chef, Demi Chef, Chef De Partie, Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef to his current position as Executive Sous Chef. Nathan shared some amazing lamb recipes that can easily be prepared for a delicious meal at home.

Fun & Game with Grant Schooling
Adelaide born, Chifley on South Terrace Chef Grant Schooling, is a young passionate cook making a name for himself in both Australia and overseas. Grant demonstrated 3 game recipes, including how to cook kangaroo and other game meats all of which are available at Wild Oz, stall 55, in the Adelaide Central Market.
